William (Bill) Bunnett

With over 50 years in the Bypass Fat and Speciality Feed Ingredient industry, Bill is a trailblazer that paved the way for the Dairy Cow Feed industry today.

His many inventions and accomplishments include developing the first solid molasses feed-block, importing and distributing the first calcium salt products into the United States and developing one of the best ways to combat Mycotoxins, just to name a few.


J.J. Bunnett

As President and CEO of Energy Feeds International, JJ is responsible for EFI’s Animal Nutrition Business including strategy, sales, operations, supply chain, marketing, financial management, treasury management, corporate turn-around and litigation strategies. Under his leadership EFI has experienced significant growth and is well positioned to continue to be a leader in the dairy feed industry and beyond. 

Prior to EFI, J.J. was a software and technology business executive with over twenty years of experience in complex software sales and professional services. J.J. has a proven track record of driving aggressive software sales growth and successfully leading field organizations across all market segments and industries. 

J.J. holds a BS in Business Administration, from Pepperdine University.


Lars Koerber

As a serial entrepreneur with an extensive business background working for major brands, like Starbucks, Lars brings a wealth of knowledge and experience to EFI in every aspect of the business; especially in scaling companies.

As the Director of Global Workforce Management at Starbucks, Lars had a significant impact on driving efficiency, productivity and sales. He was responsible for the development of global labor systems, supply chain efficiencies, implementation of agile processes and store designs and development. 

His focus on essential customer partnerships, obsession for quality, and continuous improvement, come to the forefront in every conversation. As a change agent he is pivotal in driving the growth and success of EFI into the future. 

Lars holds a BS in Business Administration, from Pepperdine University.


Cristal Westwood

With a background in retail leadership and innovation at 7-Eleven and Starbucks, Cristal brings a fresh perspective and unique approach to EFI. 

Her experience as a social media entrepreneur, business consultant and product innovator are key to the evolution of the EFI brand. 

Cristal holds a BS in Finance and Economics, from University of Nevada – Reno.


Mike Nolan

Educated at California Polytechnic San Luis Obispo, Mike concentrated his studies in Farm and Ranch Management where they eventually pointed him to the Dairy industry. This is where he became intrigued with the high standards of dairy nutrition.

After receiving a BS in Agricultural Business, Mike came on board EFI as an intern. Preceding his current role, Mike worked within EFI in customer service, logistics, procurement and sales.
